INTRODUCTION: In Kosovo, particularly in Obiliq, in an environment polluted by surface mining of coal and lignite combustion power plants, heart disease, especially valve heart diseases (VHD) is poorly researched in comparison with other areas of cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases. In the past, identification of missing persons (Workers) in the early stages of the disease as a result of lack of adequate research infrastructure.
Studies that address contemporary epidemiology and natural history are scarce but VHV show an increasing prevalence in the older workers, associated with significant morbidity and mortality.
The aim of the paper: The aim of the paper is to make the discovery of heart disease, particularly valve heart disease, the presence of various risk factors, and to prove that early detection can be important for effective prevention and treatment on proper time.

METHODS-
RESULTS:

With mitral regurgitation 287 or 34%. aged 20-29 years and 9M 1F, 30-49 years 61 M and 13F, 23F and 180 M 50-65 years or 21.3%.
With changes in pulmonary valves have been 136 or 16.1%. 12M and 2F 20-29 years, 30M and 4F 30-49 years, 11F and 77M 50-65 years or 10.4%.
With Tricuspid regurgitation 91 or 10.5%, of them 11M aged 20-29 years, 30-49 years 2F and 16M and 13F aged 50-65 years and 49 M or 7.3%.
With pulmonary hypertension (PAH) were 31 or 3.7% of them aged 20-29 years, 4M, 3M 30-49 years, 3F 50-65 and aged 50-65 years 21M or 2.8%.
